Text of the abstract

Introduction
The Being and Functioning of the Business Families reflect the relationships of family members.
Aim
The aim of the study is to examine the patterns of Business Families’ relationships developing in time, and to support both Being and Functioning of Business Families based on the examination of the case studies.
Method
In the qualitative research we opened up and re-constructed life story of 10 Business Families based on Hungarian, Polish, British case studies made in the frame of INSIST project. In the research we tried to trust in ourselves and confess: there is no substitute: that we be honest with ourselves.
Result
The research methodology applied the Grounded Theory (GT) because during our research we dignified the Other‘s autonomy by heartiness and this allowed the Theory to wake up and rebirth. The process showed us the paintings of feelings coming into Being in the dynamic relationships based on the cases of Business Families.
Conclusion
Final result will be interpreted in the Light of the convergent Being and the Functioning potential in the cases of the Hungarian, Polish, British Business Families.
