Abstract
Introduction: The pet owning included itself some preventive factor. Every fourth people in Hungary belongs to group of dog’s owner. The dog has impact on the life schedule, it is part of the daily routine. Aim: The goal is to compare the owners nutrition especially when it is a fashion diet and it’s effect of the dogs feeding. Methode: The questionnarie has 24 question. 177 dog owners took part of this survey. I made the statistical proving with chi-square test. Results: Two hypothesis of the three were proven. The owners who follow fashion diet choose significant more often for his/her pet alternatvie diet. The owners judged the health of his/her dog significant better by using alternative diets. Conclusion: The results show obvious connection between the owners and his/her dog nutrition. In the light of the dates there will be other research needed.
