Összefoglaló szövege

Introduction:
My research activity is around flow chemical reactions. In flow chemistry, a chemical reaction is run in a continuously flow system. Continuous flow reactions are green synthetic reactions, because of compared to batch reactions, the flow reactions are: safer; the reaction control is more precise; the reaction is more selective and easy to repeat; there is no room for the formation of unstable intermediates. A further advantage of flow chemical reactions is that the reaction conditions (temperature, pressure, flow rate) can be changed dynamically and accurately. Also, these reactions generally have a higher yield percentage and are more economical than the conventional batch process.
Background:
The direct amidation in several ways a very significant reaction. It also has biological and chemical significance, for example forms a protein binding.
Aims:
We aimed to create an efficient and green chemical formation of an amide bond. Best suited for this is flow chemical technology.
Method:
We worked with a continuous flow chemical reactor. The reactor is made up of an hplc pump, a manual simple injector, a stainless steel loop in a thermostat, and pressure regulator. Reactions were performed with tetramethyl orthosilicate catalyst with various solvents.
Results:
After optimizing the reaction conditions, I achieved a yield of 80%.
Conclusion:
The formation of the amide bond by flow chemistry appears to be better yielded, more economical, without by-products, greener than the conventional method.
